The Philippine Space Agency, through the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 202, as amended by Republic Act no. 11640, intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Integrated RTK-enabled Unmanned Aerial System for Multispectral and Hyperspectral Imaging with Identification Number No. PhilSA PB No. 2022-002 for the following lot:
