Description : 1. The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2025 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos (Php1,464,735.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot of Firefighting Gear with Cabinet (“Project”). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PNOC EC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The supply and delivery of firefighting gear with cabinet is required within ninety (90) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)
