1. The Provincial Government of Biliran, using a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright
Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid), through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Pesos (P16,992,000.00)
corresponding to the total cost of the following items to be bid out. Bid received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
