INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) LOT VARIOUS TYPES OF AMMUNITION

1) The Philippine National Police - Police Regional Office 12, through the National Expenditures Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (PhP7,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Ammunition (Cal 9mm). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine National Police - Police Regional Office 12 now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is required by twelve (12) months. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
