1. The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ, through the
intends to apply the sum of P 1,000,705.50 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for PR # 2025-07-0605
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ now invites bids for
Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed,
within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of
