The Lobo Water District, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake procurement of “Supply and Delivery of Office Supply for Lobo Water District Office, in accordance with Section 53.9, Small Value Procurement of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 and GPPB Circular 09-2009.
