SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR 4Ps STAFF (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)

1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office X (DSWD FO X), through the Short of Award - National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos (Php 2,115,592.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies for 4Ps Staff (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DSWD FO X now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies for 4Ps Staff in RPMO, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, and Misamis Occidental areas using the Early Procurement Activity procurement strategy. Delivery, Installation and Acceptance of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
