    1. The Municipality of Gloria, through the Annual Budget 2025 intends to apply the Three Hundred One Thousand One Hundred Nineteen Pesos (Php. 301,119.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies for 2nd and 3rd Quarter of Various Departments of the Municipality of Gloria. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

    2. The Municipality of Gloria, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
