SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE
The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Pesos Php 279,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture. Delivery of Goods is 7 days.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” as revised by RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” and its IRR.
The Contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) pursuant to the IRR of the aforementioned laws.
