INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS, OFFICE FURNITURES AND OTHER SUPPLIES OF SB OFFICE

1. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan, through the General Fund - Sangguniang Bayan Office Capital Outlay CY 2025 as per Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS, OFFICE FURNITURES AND OTHER SUPPLIES OF SB OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project which includes the following to wit;
