Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment

1. The Province of Guimaras, through the Item Nos. 1-5 & 7-9-2023 Capital Outlay (Office Equipment Outlay)Item No. 6 -2023 Capital Outlay (Provincial Counterpart to CBMS Updating/Other Data Management System intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 700,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
