    “Supply and Delivery of Office and Other Supplies for use in the Operation of Different Offices under PGOM”

    1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and 46/100 (P617,746.46) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Office and Other Supplies for use in the Operation of Different Offices under PGOM” (Ref. No. 178-11-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
