Description : The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), through its (BAC/Supply Unit/RTC), intends to procure 'Supply and delivery of office and maintenance supplies for the 4th Quarter of 2025" in accordance with Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184
