1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through General Fund 2025 General Appropriations Acts, intends to apply the sum of two hundred eighteen thousand thirty-eight pesos (P237,445.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of office and janitorial supplies (1st quarter) for use in the Solano Public Market. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement.
