1. The Schools Division Office of Balanga City, through the FY 2025 General Appropriation Act Sub-Allotment Release Order No. DEPED-ROIII-2025-05-0489 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos and 00/100 only (PhP7,016,380.00.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
