1. The Department of Education, Division of Southern Leyte, through the General
Appropriation Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Pesos and Zero Centavos Only (P 972,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Nutritious Food Products for the implementation of School-Based Feeding Program for the National Learning Camp (NLC) 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
