1. LGU-Minalabac, Camarines Sur, through SUBSIDY FROM DSWD, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSANDSIXTY PESOS (Php 453,060.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NUTRIBUN FOR 14TH CYCLE SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM at Minalabac, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
