1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Ilocos Sur through the FY 2025 GAA RA No. 12116 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Ten Thousand Eighty Pesos (P6,010,080.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Supply and Delivery of New-Enhanced-Nutribun and Fortified Enriched Bread. Bids received higher than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
