A. Mode of Procurement: SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT
B. Deadline of Submission of Quotation: September 25, 2025
C. Delivery Period: 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed
D. Terms and Conditions:
1. As government agency, LGU Tulunan shall transact only with legitimate supplier/contractor.
2. All quotations shall be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of quotations.
3. BAC reserves the right to post qualify any supplier and/or reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract.
4. Contract shall be awarded to the supplier with lowest calculated responsive quotation and complies to minimum technical specifications.
5. Price quotation shall be denominated in Philippine Peso, to include all taxes, duties and levies payable.
6. Refusal to accept an award maybe ground for imposition of administrative sanctions under Rule XXIII of 2016 Revised IRR of R.A. 9184.
