1. The Municipality of Badoc through the General Fund 2025 (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (2,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Multi-Shredder Pulverizer.”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
