1. The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP)-Claveria, through the Internally Generated Funds (IGI) for the Third Quarter CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (PHP 6,130,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project ID No. 25GOODS002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
