Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

1. The Sangguniang Barangay of Basud , Bacacay, Albay, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand ( 120,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for for vehicle for Barangay Basud, Bacacay, Albay. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Sangguniang Barangay Basud Bacacay, Albay, now invites bids for the delivery of motor vehicle within 7 days

. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Sangguniang Barangay Basud, Bacacay, Albay and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office during office hours.

5. . Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below, on or before December 10, 2025; at 9:30 AM. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED
