Description : The Civil Service Commission Regional Office IX (CSC RO IX) through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure “Supply and Delivery of Heavy-duty Monoblock Chairs for CSC FO-Zamboanga del Sur and CSC Zamboanga Sibugay Satellite Office” in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
