1.The Funding Source is the Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the Supplemental Budget 2023 of the Municipality of Basey, Samar, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,500,000.00) Only, being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 11677626/LGUBS-GD-25-01-011, Supply and Delivery of Modular Ground Support for the Local Government Unit , Basey, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit - Basey, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project .Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
