Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOBILE X-RAY MACHINE FOR IDENTIFICATION AND MANAGEMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos( Php 12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOBILE X-RAY MACHINE FOR IDENTIFICATION AND MANAGEMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS with ITB NO. 12-24-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bidders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOBILE X-RAY MACHINE FOR IDENTIFICATION AND MANAGEMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 days upon the receipt of purchase order.
