Description:
A fully operational Mobile Command Center vehicle built on a brand-new modern Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) platform designed to support disaster response, emergency coordination, and field command operations of the Local Government Unit. The unit shall be capable of operating in remote and disaster-affected areas and shall include interior command center conversion, communication systems, monitoring equipment, satellite internet connectivity, inverter-based auxiliary power system, and safety equipment.

The vehicle shall comply with Philippine transport standards and shall be LTO registrable, fully air-conditioned, and suitable for emergency deployment.
