Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MINI GARBAGE TRUCK UNITS FOR BARANGAY SOLID WASTE COLLECTION

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos( Php 11,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MINI GARBAGE TRUCK UNITS FOR BARANGAY SOLID WASTE COLLECTION with ITB NO. 02-25-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bidders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MINI GARBAGE TRUCK UNITS FOR BARANGAY SOLID WASTE COLLECTION. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 days upon the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
