Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of Milkfish Fry/Fingerlings for Cage for Livelihood Project
Procurement Mode : Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9)

Description : Onsite Delivery of the following:

1. Milkfish Fry S1 (minimum of 1 cm BL) - 400,000 pieces
2. Milkfish Fingerlings (minimum of 7 cm BL) - 15,200 pieces

Terms of Reference:
Source: Must be sourced from the nearest available hatcheries and nurseries.
Mortality Allowance: A 5% mortality allowance shall be applied.
Packaging Requirements:
- Fry: 250-1000 pieces per bag.
- Fingerlings: 10-30 pieces per bag.
Conditioning: Fry and Fingerlings must be conditioned at the source for 1-2 days prior to delivery.
Delivery Schedule: Fingerlings must arrive at the site early in the morning (5:00 AM-7:00 AM).
Replacement Policy: Any mortality occurring within 48 hours upon arrival, in excess of the 5% allowance, shall be replaced by the supplier.
Notification: The supplier must notify the Office at least three (3) days prior to delivery to allow the
TWG and Inspection Team to conduct the necessary inspection.
