  -The supplier is responsible for the replacement of any mortality occurred within 3days after stocking which that is directly caused by mishandling by the supplier
  - Fingerlings smaller than the size required shall be rejected and must have uniform sizes and active swimming behavior.
  -Delivery is staggered with duration period of 90 CD upon the receipt of notice to proceed unless a notice of delayed delivery will be requested by the enduser
  -Packaging must be filled with oxygen, double PE bag not thinner than 0.002in
