Description : The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources XI, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Ninety Thousand and 0/100 Pesos (Php 6,590,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the following contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
