“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MILK COMPONENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SBFP SY 2025-2026
1. The Schools Division Office of Olongapo City, through the FY 2025 GAA - Sub-Allotment Release Order No. DEPED-ROIII-2025-05-0500 intends to apply the sumof One Million Eight Hundred Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Five (Php 1,830,465.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Milk Component for the Implementation of School-Based Feeding Program for SY 2025-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Consistent with the objectives of the SBFP, the participation of local community-based organizations or suppliers (such as local cooperatives, farmers- groups, or dairy associations) allows for greater ownership and accountability in addressing child malnutrition at the grassroots level.
