SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR STOCK PILE OF MHO

(SOLANO 165-2025)

1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through General Fund Proper General Appropriations Acts, intends to apply the sum of two hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred eighty-two pesos (P299,982.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of medicines for stock pile of MHO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
