Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement Method for the Supply and Delivery of Medicines for use by the Municipal Health Office in accordance with Section 34 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.

2. The municipality now invites eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Medicines as follows:
