MUNICIPALITY OF GASAN
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES, MEDICAL AND LAB SUPPLIES AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
1. The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through the General Fund CY 2025 - GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php449,980.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery Medicines, Medical and Lab Supplies and Medical Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Gasan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) working days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
