In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Municipal Government of Dumaran through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Phil-GEPS registered suppliers, to apply for eligibility and to participate in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of Medicines for Lifestyle Disease Program of Municipal Health Office in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
