1. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa, through the MOOE 2025 intends to apply the sum of Lot 1 - 288,465.00 / Lot 2 - 185,600.00 / Lot 3- 33,350.00 /Lot 4- 52,112.00 / Lot 5- 8,850.00 / Lot 6- 21,400.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of Medicine, Laboratory and Medical Supplies / identification number 2025-10-119. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
