1. The City Government of San Pedro, Laguna through the 2025 Budget Approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Php 5,999,999.55 being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR BOTIKA NI SAN PEDRO IN CITY OF SAN PEDRO, LAGUNA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
