Description : The Project involves supply and delivery of medicines and vaccines for clients of the Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC).
Interested bidders are reminded of the following special conditions and regulatory requirements for the delivery of various vaccines and medicines:
•Vaccines/medicines must be maintained under proper storage conditions and protected from direct sunlight during transportation:
a.Biologicals: 2^C to 8°C
b.Tablets, capsules and syrups: 20°C to 30°C
Note. Some medicines may have specific storage temperature requirement, the instructions on the package insert must be followed.
•Temperature will be checked upon delivery to ensure compliance.
•Standard vaccine carriers with calibrated thermometers, as well as air-conditioned trucks, are recommended to maintain proper condition and protect medicines from high temperature.
•Regulatory requirements:
a.FDA License to Operate (LTO)
b.Certificate of Product Registration
c.Batch or Lot Release Certificate
