Supply and Delivery of Medicines and Supplies for Municipal Health Office for the Implementation of Konsulta Program
1. Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (P 1,999,990.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Medicines and Supplies for Municipal Health Office for the Implementation of Konsulta Program with Project Identification Number 2025-28 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
