The City Government of San Pedro, Laguna through the 2025 Budget Approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Php 19,637,640.80 being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR OFFICIAL USE OF SAN PEDRO JOSE L. AMANTE EMERGENCY HOSPITAL (SPJLAEH) OF CITY OF SAN PEDRO, LAGUNA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
