Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DUPAX DEL SUR, through the GENERAL FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 3,000,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES OF MHO FOR FY 2025. Procurement Project / identification number: 11686314 and the ABC and description per lot are detailed as follows:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF DUPAX DEL SUR now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES OF MHO FOR FY 2025. Delivery of the Goods is required with in the contract duration of Two Hundred Fifty (250) days upon receipt of Notice To Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
