The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Supply and Delivery of Medicines with an Approved Budget for the Contract of One Million One Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (P1,169,850.00) Only through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
