Description : 1. The LGU of San Marcelino, Zambales through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php2,798,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES”, Project ID No. Goods-2025-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
