Description : Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Medicine and Tetanus Diphtheria Vaccine

1.
The Local Government Unit of Oras, through the General Appropriation Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifty Three Thousand One Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and 25/100 (P 553,165.25) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CB-GOODS-2024-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Oras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within one(1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
