Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for the use of Kidapawan City Health Office Birthing Center
1. The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Trust Fund - ACPS CHO 60% (1098-52) (MCP 60% facility) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Eight Pesos (Php200,598.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for the use of Kidapawan City Health Office Birthing Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
