1) The Province of Zambales, through the Trust Fund C.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Eight Hundred Six Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Two and 70/100 Pesos (Php 10,806,882.70) being the Approved Budgets for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for President Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital (PRMMH). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening, to wit:
