INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND MEDICINES FOR WALK-IN CLIENTS (4TH QUARTER)

1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the GENERAL FUND and FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Ten Pesos only (₱ 598,410.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND MEDICINES FOR WALK-IN CLIENTS (4TH QUARTER) with Reference No. 2025-G-36. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND MEDICINES FOR WALK-IN CLIENTS (4TH QUARTER) Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days from receipts of Notice to Proceed.
