1. The City Government of San Pedro, Laguna through the 2023 Budget Approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Php 1,142,114.60 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies and Medicine for Emergency and Maternity Services for 1st and 2nd quarter of 2023 for GALIC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
