Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies and Laboratory Needed

The Local Government Unit of Damulog, Bukidnon, through Annual Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty and 00/100 Philippine peso (php 1,145,440.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 04dambuk25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government of Damulog, Bukidnon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ten Calendar (10) days upon receipt of purchase order/Notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed contract within in three (3) years for non-expendable goods and two (2) years for expendable goods from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
