1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, using a single-year Framework Agreement for a duration of One (1) year through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 199,950.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-FA-2026-002 Supply and Delivery of Medical Oxygen Refill (Framework Agreement), Diffun District Hospital, Diffun,Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
